Work with me

Everything on this site and in the repo is free. You pay for my time.

Two ways to work together, both vendor-neutral. The frameworks stay free; you pay for the time it takes to apply them to your team.

fixed-fee diagnostic

The Assessment

from $3,500 · about 2 weeks

For a small or mid-sized team that already uses AI and wants to know where it breaks, and what to fix first.

What you get

  • Interviews with the people doing the work, and an inventory of your AI tools and workflows.
  • A Stack audit: the Agent Audit Protocol run by an agent on your artifacts, plus my own reading, locating your binding constraint layer by layer.
  • The stance-by-layer matrix applied to your recurring workflows: which stances your team actually uses, and which guardrails are missing.
  • A prioritised 90-day plan.
  • An EU AI Act Article 4 evidence pack: a written record of your AI-literacy measures.

training

AI @ Workplace workshops

from $1,200 · per session

Remote, half day or full day. The 101 to 401 material, mapped onto your team's own workflows rather than generic examples. Booked on its own, or as the delivery step after an assessment.

Why not just a workshop?

Because training alone does not fix the hardest failures. Automation bias “cannot be prevented by training or instructions”, and complacency affects experts as well as novices (Parasuraman & Manzey, Human Factors, 2010). The assessment installs structure: checkpoints, evaluation, a harness. The workshop teaches people to use it.

Prices are starting points for a small team and are confirmed in writing before any work begins. There are no client testimonials on this site yet because this is a new practice.

About Article 4, honestly

Since July 2026 (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744), Article 4 of the EU AI Act says providers and deployers “shall take measures to support the development of AI literacy of their staff”, and that this “does not require providers or deployers to guarantee any specific level of AI literacy of any individual.” National enforcement has applied since 2 August 2026. According to the European Commission's AI Literacy Q&A, no certificate is required and internal records of training and other initiatives are enough evidence.

So I will not sell you a certificate, and I will not sell you a fear of fines. The evidence pack is a clear record of proportionate measures, tailored to your tools and roles. This is not legal advice.
