AI @ Workplace, 101 to 601

How to use the machine, for people who can already do the work by hand.

Four levels are out, each a recorded talk with slides. Start where you are, not at the top. 101 to 301 are about chatbots: in a chatbot, you are between every turn. From 401 on, you set the goal and the guardrails, and then you are on the loop, not in it.

Videos are linked, not embedded. The four thumbnail images load from YouTube’s image host (i.ytimg.com) when they scroll into view; nothing else loads from YouTube until you click.

Not sure where to start?

Take the diagnostic: it recommends a level from the stance you use most and how much of the work you watch. Before any of it, the 101 advice holds: check which tools your IT department has vetted, and lean on your own experience in your field to know what to do, how to do it, and when a task is finished.
